Personality & Behavior
Gengis Khan is a magnificent dog who has come a long way on his journey to healing. After spending two long years in a municipal canil with his siblings, confined to a small concrete box without ever stepping outside, Gengis arrived at our shelter with his brother Attila and sister Jenny. Initially overwhelmed by the new sights and sounds, he sought comfort in the safety of his box.
Now, Gengis is starting to embrace the world around him. He enjoys his walks in the big play area, and is beginning to trust humans again. Though still a little shy, his progress is truly heartwarming.
Adoption Requirements
Home type : A big garden where he can explore and feel safe would be ideal for this gentle giant.
Experience level : He needs a loving, patient owner who can give him the time and space to fully come out of his shell.
Other pets/kids : He shares his box with his siblings and Freddie.
