Tiny Shelter is a passionate animal rescue organization based in the Algarve, Portugal.
We are dedicated to finding loving homes for abandoned and mistreated dogs.
Our mission is to spread joy, inspire kindness, and give every dog a chance at a happy life.

How to help
Tiny Shelter is purely donation-based and receives no support from the Portuguese government.
Isabel and all the dogs in her care are therefore not only dependent on volunteers, but of course also on financial support.

You have the option of making a one-off or recurring donation by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer or via the Facebook donation button.

If you prefer to donate your time, you can support us either on site in the Algarve or online. Whether on a regular or temporary basis, we are always happy to receive help.

By offering a temporary home, you give our dogs a chance to thrive and prepare for their forever families.
→ Sponsor a dog
You can sponsor any of our dogs from €10 per month. In return, you will receive a nice sponsorship certificate and help YOUR sponsored dog.
→ In-kind donations
Our dogs are always happy to receive leads, dog harnesses, collars, blankets, dog beds or transport boxes and, of course, food or medication.
→ Teaming group
If you join our teaming group, you support us every month with just 1 euro. Because, as we all know, even small animals make dung. And together we are strong.
